Medication, both over-the-counter and prescription may be dispensed during the school day.  Parents may pick up and fill out a form in the school office. Medication must be kept in the school office.  Students may not keep medication in their backpacks, lockers, desks, etc.  Epipens may be kept in the classroom with the teacher however, a completed medication form must be on file in the office.  Students may not share medication with siblings unless the proper form is on file in the school office.  Medication must be in the original packaging/container.  We are required to dispose of any expired medication.  Medication must be picked up as soon as it is no longer needed (ex. prescriptions) or by the last day of school for the current school year (ex. Tylenol/Motrin).  All medication that is dispensed is recorded.  If you have any questions, please contact the school office at 494-9113.

You can download a permission form here to fill out and turn into the office.
